These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website taiwanseo.agency and any SEO consulting or implementation services provided by Taiwan SEO Agency ("Agency," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Taiwan SEO Agency provides search engine optimization consulting, strategy, content optimization, technical SEO audits, and related digital marketing services focused on the Taiwanese and Asia-Pacific markets. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work ("SOW") executed between the Agency and the client ("Client").

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest content without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries
• Use our content for commercial republication without authorization

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and blog articles—is the property of Taiwan SEO Agency or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables created under a paid engagement are governed by the IP provisions in the applicable SOW.

4. Service Agreements

When you engage our SEO services, a separate service agreement or SOW will specify project scope, deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality provisions, and termination conditions. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW prevails.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to websites, analytics, and necessary credentials
• Review and approve content and changes within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they have rights to all materials provided to the Agency
• Comply with search engine guidelines and applicable laws

6. No Ranking Guarantees

Search engine rankings depend on algorithms controlled by third parties (Google, Yahoo, Baidu, etc.) and competitive factors beyond our control. Taiwan SEO Agency does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and professional expertise to improve your organic search visibility.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategy documents, and performance data shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taiwan SEO Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to the Agency in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Taiwan SEO Agency from claims arising from Client-provided content, unauthorized website modifications made without Agency approval, or Client's violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the SOW. Upon termination, Client remains responsible for fees owed for work completed. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict of law principles. For clients in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taipei, Taiwan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.
